Welcome to ReadySetServe.app.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of ReadySetServe.app (the "Platform"), including all training content, assessments, reporting tools, candidate assessment services, communications, and related features made available through the Platform.

ReadySetServe.app is currently owned and operated by Sasha-Kae Hudson.

By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

Organization means a restaurant, quick-service restaurant (QSR), franchisee, operator, or other business using the Platform.

Organization Administrator means an authorized user responsible for managing an Organization's account, users, permissions, assignments, and reporting access.

Learner means an individual assigned training content, readiness activities, learning modules, or evaluations through the Platform.

Candidate means an individual completing a pre-employment assessment or hiring-related evaluation through the Platform.

Assessment means any readiness evaluation, candidate assessment, scenario-based exercise, quiz, or other evaluative activity delivered through the Platform.

Content means training materials, scenarios, assessments, reports, videos, graphics, text, documents, and other materials made available through the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create or administer an Organization account.

Learners and Candidates may access the Platform through accounts, invitations, or assessment links provided by an Organization.

By using the Platform, you represent that you have the authority and legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Organizations are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate account information
• Managing authorized users
• Assigning appropriate permissions
• Protecting account credentials
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws
• Managing workforce and hiring decisions made using Platform information

Organizations are responsible for all activities that occur under their accounts.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Users agree not to:

• Share accounts with unauthorized individuals
• Allow unauthorized access to the Platform
• Circumvent authentication controls
• Misrepresent their identity or affiliation
• Attempt to access information for which they do not have authorization

Users are responsible for activities conducted through their accounts.

Subject to these Terms, ReadySetServe.app grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for legitimate business, workforce readiness, training, operational development, and hiring-support purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Platform or any Content.

ReadySetServe.app represents a proprietary workforce readiness, training, assessment, and reporting system.

The Platform and all associated Content are owned by or licensed to ReadySetServe.app and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Protected intellectual property includes, without limitation:

• Scenario libraries
• Assessment frameworks
• Candidate assessment structures
• Readiness evaluation methodologies
• Reporting models
• Learning pathways
• Competency frameworks
• Training content
• Videos and educational materials
• Platform design
• User interface elements
• Branding and trademarks
• Software code
• Documentation

The structure, sequencing, scoring methodologies, competency models, learning pathways, assessment frameworks, reporting frameworks, and overall organization of Platform content are proprietary to ReadySetServe.app, even where individual concepts or training topics may be generally known within the industry.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, users may not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Modify
• Distribute
• Republish
• Sell
• License
• Reverse engineer
• Create derivative works
• Train competing systems from Platform content
• Exploit Platform content for commercial redistribution

without prior written permission.

Organizations, Learners, Candidates, and other users agree not to:

• Copy assessment questions for redistribution
• Publish assessment content publicly
• Share answer keys
• Recreate substantial portions of Platform assessments
• Build competing products using Platform content
• Use automated systems to harvest assessment materials
• Circumvent assessment delivery mechanisms

These restrictions are intended to preserve the integrity, effectiveness, and value of the Platform's training and assessment programs.

Users retain ownership of information, documents, responses, files, and materials they submit through the Platform.

By submitting content to the Platform, users grant ReadySetServe.app a limited license to host, store, process, display, and use such content as necessary to provide Platform functionality.

Organizations acknowledge that they may access information submitted by Learners and Candidates participating in programs they administer.

ReadySetServe.app provides assessment, reporting, readiness evaluation, and training tools intended to support workforce development and hiring processes.

Assessment scores, readiness indicators, completion records, recommendations, and reports are informational tools only.

ReadySetServe.app:

• Does not make hiring decisions
• Does not make employment decisions
• Does not determine promotions
• Does not determine compensation
• Does not determine disciplinary actions
• Does not determine scheduling decisions
• Does not guarantee employee performance
• Does not guarantee candidate suitability

Organizations remain solely responsible for workforce and hiring decisions.

Assessment results should be considered alongside interviews, references, experience, performance observations, and other relevant factors.

The Platform may introduce artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated coaching, recommendation systems, onboarding tools, reporting enhancements, or similar technologies.

Any AI-generated output is intended solely to support training, readiness development, operational improvement, and decision-support activities.

Users remain responsible for independently evaluating recommendations before acting upon them.

ReadySetServe.app does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

Organizations are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable employment, workplace, privacy, labor, anti-discrimination, accessibility, and hiring-related laws and regulations.

Organizations are solely responsible for:

• Employment decisions
• Hiring decisions
• Promotion decisions
• Scheduling decisions
• Compensation decisions
• Disciplinary actions
• Workforce management practices

ReadySetServe.app provides training, assessment, reporting, and workforce readiness tools only.

Organizations are responsible for evaluating whether and how information generated by the Platform should be incorporated into employment and workforce decisions.

ReadySetServe.app does not provide legal, human resources, employment, compliance, or professional advice.

Users agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with Platform operations
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Introduce malicious code or harmful software
• Circumvent security controls
• Scrape, harvest, or extract Platform data without authorization
• Copy or reproduce Platform content for resale or redistribution
• Use the Platform to violate employment, privacy, or anti-discrimination laws

Certain features and services may require a paid subscription.

Subscription details, pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, and cancellation policies will be presented at the time of purchase.

Organizations are responsible for paying all applicable fees associated with their subscriptions.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access.

Subscription plans may be offered on monthly, annual, usage-based, enterprise, or other pricing structures as determined by ReadySetServe.app.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• Organizations are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information
• Subscription access may be suspended if payment cannot be successfully processed
• ReadySetServe.app reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription structures, feature availability, and plan offerings upon reasonable notice.

Cancellation requests may take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.

Subject to applicable subscription plans and technical limitations, Organizations may request export of certain Organization-controlled data.

ReadySetServe.app reserves the right to determine the format, scope, and method of data exports.

Data exports may exclude:

• Proprietary Platform content
• Assessment frameworks
• Scoring methodologies
• Reporting algorithms
• Scenario libraries
• Internal platform logic

ReadySetServe.app strives to maintain reliable Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Platform may occasionally experience:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Updates
• Service interruptions
• Technical issues
• Third-party service disruptions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Platform at any time.

The Platform may integrate with or rely upon third-party providers for services such as:

• Authentication
• Cloud hosting
• Payment processing
• Email delivery
• Analytics

ReadySetServe.app is not responsible for the practices, content, availability, or performance of third-party services.

The Platform is intended to support workforce readiness, training, assessment, and hiring-related processes.

Organizations acknowledge that Platform outputs, reports, readiness indicators, completion records, recommendations, assessments, and other information are decision-support tools only.

ReadySetServe.app does not warrant that:

• A Candidate will be successful in a role
• A Learner will achieve a particular performance outcome
• An employee will remain employed
• Training completion will result in operational improvements
• Assessment outcomes will predict future job performance

Organizations remain responsible for exercising independent judgment when making business, workforce, and hiring decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReadySetServe.app and Sasha-Kae Hudson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Platform.

This includes damages relating to:

• Hiring decisions
• Employment decisions
• Business losses
• Lost profits
• Lost revenue
• Lost opportunities
• Data loss
• Service interruptions

Users assume responsibility for decisions made using information provided through the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

ReadySetServe.app makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Availability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

Use of the Platform is at the user's own risk.

ReadySetServe.app reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fees remain unpaid
• Platform security is threatened
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Continued access could harm the Platform or its users

Organizations may discontinue use of the Platform at any time, subject to any applicable subscription commitments.

We may update, modify, remove, replace, or enhance Platform features at any time.

Nothing in these Terms guarantees the continued availability of any specific feature or functionality.

ReadySetServe.app welcomes feedback, suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations, comments, and other ideas regarding the Platform and its services.

If a user voluntarily submits feedback, suggestions, feature requests, workflow recommendations, product ideas, or similar input, the user agrees that ReadySetServe.app may use, modify, implement, incorporate, display, distribute, or otherwise utilize such feedback without restriction and without any obligation to provide compensation, attribution, royalties, ownership rights, or other consideration.

Nothing in these Terms requires ReadySetServe.app to implement any submitted suggestion or idea.

Users retain ownership of their own business information, uploaded materials, and Organization-controlled data. However, general feedback, enhancement requests, and product suggestions submitted to ReadySetServe.app may be used to improve the Platform and related services.

This provision helps ensure that ReadySetServe.app can continue developing new features, workflows, assessments, reporting capabilities, training tools, and related functionality for the benefit of all users.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReadySetServe.app is legally organized and operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Until a formal business entity is established, these Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Sasha-Kae Hudson's principal place of business.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved in the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over that location.

This section may be updated following the formation of a corporation, limited liability company, or other legal entity.

ReadySetServe.app is currently owned and operated by Sasha-Kae Hudson as a sole proprietorship.

If ownership is transferred to a corporation, limited liability company, or other legal entity controlled by Sasha-Kae Hudson, references to ownership and operation of the Platform may be updated without otherwise changing the substance of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on ReadySetServe.app with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
