ReadySetServe.app is a workforce readiness, training, assessment, and reporting platform designed to help quick-service restaurant (QSR) operators prepare teams for real-world customer service and operational situations through scenario-based learning, readiness evaluations, candidate assessments, reporting, and related services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when individuals and organizations access and use the Platform.

By accessing or using ReadySetServe.app, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• Organization means a restaurant, quick-service restaurant, franchisee, operator, or other business using the Platform.
• Organization Administrator means an authorized user responsible for managing an Organization's account, users, assignments, permissions, and reporting access.
• Learner means an individual assigned training content, readiness activities, learning modules, or evaluations through the Platform.
• Candidate means an individual completing a pre-employment assessment or hiring-related evaluation through the Platform.
• Assessment means any readiness evaluation, candidate assessment, scenario-based exercise, quiz, or other evaluative activity delivered through the Platform.
• Content means training materials, assessments, scenarios, reports, videos, graphics, text, documents, and other materials made available through the Platform.

The information we collect depends on how the Platform is used.

We may collect:

• Full name

• Job title
• Organization name
• User role
• Profile photo
• Authentication information
• Account-related preferences and settings

For Learners, Managers, and Organization users, we may collect:

Candidate assessment information may be shared with the Organization that administers the assessment and may be used by that Organization as part of its hiring process.

We may store and process such materials to provide Platform functionality.

When subscription services are purchased, payment information may be collected and processed through third-party payment providers.

ReadySetServe.app does not store complete payment card information on its own systems.

Payment information is subject to the privacy and security practices of the applicable payment processor.

When an Organization creates an account and provides access to Learners, Managers, Organization Administrators, or Candidates, certain information submitted to the Platform may be considered Organization-controlled data.

• Candidate assessment records
• Organization reporting data
• Workforce readiness reports

The Organization is responsible for determining how such information is collected, used, reviewed, retained, and incorporated into its workforce development and hiring processes.

ReadySetServe.app processes such information for the purpose of delivering Platform services and functionality.

ReadySetServe.app is designed primarily for use by Organizations that manage workforce readiness, employee development, operational training, and candidate assessment programs.

When an Organization uses the Platform, the Organization generally determines:

• Which individuals are invited to use the Platform
• Which training content is assigned
• Which assessments are administered
• Which reports are reviewed
• How assessment and reporting information is incorporated into workforce or hiring decisions

ReadySetServe.app provides the technology, tools, reporting capabilities, and related services that enable Organizations to administer these activities.

As a result:

• Organizations are generally responsible for determining the purpose and use of information collected through their use of the Platform.
• ReadySetServe.app is generally responsible for providing, securing, maintaining, and operating the Platform and its related services.
• Learners and Candidates should direct employment-related, hiring-related, training-related, and workforce-related questions to the Organization administering the applicable program whenever appropriate.
• ReadySetServe.app does not independently determine hiring outcomes, promotion decisions, disciplinary actions, compensation decisions, employment status, scheduling decisions, or other workforce management decisions.
• Organizations remain solely responsible for decisions made using information obtained through the Platform.

Learners and Candidates should understand that information submitted through the Platform may be visible to, reviewed by, or reported to the Organization that assigned the training, assessment, or evaluation.

ReadySetServe.app acts as a service provider that facilitates the collection, storage, processing, and reporting of such information on behalf of the Organization.

Organizations remain responsible for decisions made using information obtained through the Platform.

ReadySetServe.app provides assessment, reporting, and readiness evaluation tools designed to support workforce development and hiring processes.

Assessment results are intended to assist Organizations in evaluating Candidates and team members.

ReadySetServe.app does not make hiring decisions, employment decisions, promotion decisions, disciplinary decisions, compensation decisions, or workforce management decisions on behalf of Organizations.

Organizations remain solely responsible for all employment-related decisions.

We do not sell personal information.

Information may be shared in the following circumstances.

Information submitted by Learners and Candidates may be made available to the Organization that administers or sponsors the applicable training program, assessment, or evaluation.

Organizations control how they use information obtained through the Platform.

We may share information with trusted service providers that support Platform operations, including providers that assist with:

• Hosting and infrastructure
• Authentication services
• Cloud storage
• Payment processing
• Analytics
• Email delivery
• Customer support

Such providers may process information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

We may disclose information if required to:

• Comply with applicable laws
• Respond to lawful requests
• Protect Platform security
• Investigate fraud or misuse
• Protect the rights, safety, or property of users, Organizations, or the Platform

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide Platform services

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information involved.

Organizations and authorized users may request account closure by contacting ReadySetServe.app.

Following account closure:

• Information may remain within backups and archived systems for a limited period.
• Data associated with active Organizations may be retained in accordance with contractual obligations and operational requirements.

ReadySetServe.app may introduce artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated coaching, automated onboarding, recommendation systems, reporting enhancements, or similar technologies in future versions of the Platform.

Where such features are offered:

• AI-generated outputs are intended to support training, workforce readiness, operational development, and reporting activities.
• AI-generated outputs should not be considered professional, legal, employment, human resources, financial, or business advice.
• Organizations remain responsible for reviewing and validating recommendations before acting upon them.
• ReadySetServe.app does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.
• Additional disclosures may be provided as AI-related features are introduced.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

ReadySetServe.app utilizes third-party infrastructure providers, authentication services, hosting providers, cloud storage services, email delivery services, analytics providers, and payment processors to support Platform operations.
