This Policy applies to all users of the Platform, including:
- Organizations
- Organization Administrators
- Managers
- Learners
- Candidates
- Trial users
- Subscription customers
- Any individual accessing Platform content or services
Permitted Use
Users may access and use ReadySetServe.app solely for legitimate purposes related to:
- Workforce readiness
- Employee development
- Training delivery
- Candidate assessments
- Hiring support
- Reporting and analytics
- Organizational learning and development
Use of the Platform must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and workplace policies.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not use the Platform to engage in unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
Examples include:
- Violating applicable laws or regulations
- Infringing intellectual property rights
- Misrepresenting identity or authority
- Circumventing Platform restrictions
- Attempting unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Interfering with Platform operations
- Disrupting the experience of other users
Account Misuse
Users may not:
- Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Use another person's account without permission
- Create fraudulent accounts
- Attempt to bypass authentication controls
- Access information without proper authorization
- Maintain access after authorization has been revoked
Organizations are responsible for managing user access within their accounts.
Assessment Integrity
The effectiveness of ReadySetServe.app depends on maintaining the integrity of its assessments and readiness evaluations.
Users may not:
- Share assessment questions publicly
- Share answer keys
- Reproduce assessment content without authorization
- Record or distribute assessments for external use
- Assist others in circumventing assessment requirements
- Misrepresent assessment results
- Manipulate assessment outcomes
Organizations should take reasonable measures to preserve the confidentiality of assessment content.
Training Content Protection
Training materials, scenarios, learning pathways, assessment frameworks, reporting structures, and related content are proprietary assets of ReadySetServe.app.
Users may not:
- Copy substantial portions of Platform content
- Redistribute Platform content externally
- Create competing products using Platform content
- Sell, license, or republish Platform materials
- Use Platform content to train competing systems or services
- Remove ownership notices or branding
Nothing in this Policy restricts legitimate use of Platform content within an Organization's authorized subscription.
Automated Access and Scraping
Users may not:
- Scrape Platform content
- Harvest user information
- Use bots to extract assessments or training materials
- Conduct automated data collection without authorization
- Attempt to reverse engineer Platform functionality
- Probe or test Platform vulnerabilities without permission
Approved integrations and authorized API access are not prohibited when expressly permitted by ReadySetServe.app.
Security and System Integrity
Users may not:
- Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt denial-of-service attacks
- Interfere with security controls
- Circumvent monitoring systems
- Exploit vulnerabilities
- Engage in activities that may compromise Platform security
Users are encouraged to report suspected security concerns promptly.
User-Submitted Content
Users are responsible for content they upload, submit, or share through the Platform.
Users may not upload content that:
- Violates applicable laws
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Contains malicious code
- Contains fraudulent or deceptive information
- Violates privacy rights
- Harasses, threatens, or harms others
ReadySetServe.app reserves the right to remove content that violates this Policy.
Fair and Responsible Hiring Practices
Organizations are responsible for ensuring that assessments, reports, and Platform information are used in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner.
Organizations may not use the Platform to:
- Engage in unlawful discrimination
- Violate employment laws
- Circumvent applicable hiring regulations
- Make decisions prohibited by law
ReadySetServe.app provides decision-support tools and does not make employment decisions on behalf of Organizations.
Artificial Intelligence and Automated Features
Future versions of the Platform may include artificial intelligence, automated recommendations, coaching tools, onboarding assistance, reporting enhancements, or related technologies.
Users may not:
- Attempt to manipulate AI-generated outputs
- Use automated features for unlawful purposes
- Misrepresent AI-generated information as professional advice
- Rely exclusively on automated outputs for employment decisions
Human review and judgment should remain part of decision-making processes.
Enforcement
ReadySetServe.app reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy.
Where appropriate, we may:
- Issue warnings
- Restrict access to certain features
- Suspend user accounts
- Terminate accounts
- Remove content
- Report unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities
Enforcement decisions will be made at the discretion of ReadySetServe.app.

Changes to This Policy
