Candidate assessment results:

Organizations should consider assessment results alongside:

ReadySetServe.app does not recommend hiring or rejecting any specific Candidate.

Learner Assessments and Training Records

Training completion records, readiness evaluations, and assessment results are intended to help Organizations monitor training progress and identify potential development opportunities.

Completion of training through the Platform does not guarantee:

  • Promotion eligibility
  • Leadership effectiveness
